Kunststof Rijplaat uit Hoog Moleculair Polyethyleen (HMPE) 5 jaar garantie!
Deze kunststof is weliswaar een PE, maar heeft door zijn lange molecuul structuur veel betere eigenschappen dan LDPE rijplaten. HMPE rijplaten zijn veel steviger (stijfheid) dan LDPE platen, maar zijn desondanks vrijwel onbreekbaar. Ook bij een belasting met zwaar materieel (vrachtwagens, kranen en shovels) zal een HMPE rijplaat niet snel breken.
De kunststof HMPE is bij uitstek geschikt voor toepassingen waar een hoge slijtvastheid gevraagd is, daardoor zullen rijplaten uit dit materiaal ook bij regelmatig gebruik bestand zijn tegen slijtage.
Bovendien is HMPE een kunststof die tegen extreem lage temperaturen bestand is, ook bij een hoge belasting.
HMPE rijplaten zijn chemisch resistent, vloeistoffen zoals dieselolie, benzine, reinigingsmiddelen, vetten en de meeste zuren hebben geen invloed op deze kunststof. Een ander groot voordeel is dat HMPE rijplaten geen water opnemen en goed bestand zijn tegen UV straling (zonlicht).
